English Translation
It was narrated from Sulayman ibn Abi Abdullah who (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that i saw Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas seize a man who was hunting in the sanctuary of Madinah which the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had declared sacred, and he stripped him of his clothes. His masters came and Sa'd said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ declared this place sacred, and I heard him say: Whoever catches anyone hunting in it, let him strip him [of his clothes].' So I will not return to you what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ granted me as spoils.'
