حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَ
مَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شَهِدْتُ غُلَامًا مَعَ عُمُومَتِي حِلْفَ الْمُطَيَّبِينَ فَمَا أُحِبُّ أَنَّ لِي حُمْرَ النَّعَمِ وَأَنِّي أَنْكُثُهُ

English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman ibn 'Awf (رضي الله عنه) narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I witnessed as a boy — or a young man — a pact of alliance (hilf al-mutayyabin) at the house of 'Abdullah ibn Jud'an. I would not wish to have red camels in its place. If I were called to it in Islam, I would respond.'
