حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ ذَاقَ طَعْمَ الْإِيمَانِ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا
English Translation
Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Layth ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from Ibn al-Had, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith, from 'Amir ibn Sa'd, from al-'Abbas ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib (رضي الله عنه), that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'He has tasted the flavor of faith, the one who is pleased with Allah as his Lord, with Islam as his religion, and with Muhammad as his Prophet.'
