Hadith #282
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ زَارَ النَّبِ
يُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَبَّاسًا وَنَحْنُ فِي بَادِيَةٍ لَنَا فَقَامَ يُصَلِّي قَالَ أُرَاهُ قَالَ الْعَصْرَ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ كُلَيْبَةٌ لَنَا وَحِمَارٌ يَرْعَى لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ يَحُولُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمَا

English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Muhammad ibn 'Umar ibn 'Ali narrated to me, from al-Fadl ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه), who said: "the Prophet ﷺ visited al-'Abbas while we were at a desert place of ours. He stood to pray — I think he said 'Asr — and in front of him were a small dog of ours and a donkey grazing, with nothing between him and them serving as a barrier."
