حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْج

َزَرِيِّ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ لَا تَعِبْ عَلَى مَنْ صَامَ فِي السَّفَرِ وَلَا عَلَى مَنْ أَفْطَرَ قَدْ صَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السَّفَرِ وَأَفْطَرَ

English Translation
Waki' narrated from Sufyan, from 'Abd al-Karim al-Jazari, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: Do not criticize the one who fasts while traveling, nor the one who breaks his fast. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ both fasted and broke his fast while traveling.
