حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّب
َيْرِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا وَالرُّقْبَى لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا وَالْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ

English Translation
Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, Hajjaj narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Tawus, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The lifetime gift ('umra) belongs to the one to whom it was given. The conditional gift (ruqba) belongs to the one to whom it was given. And the one who takes back his gift is like the one who returns to his vomit."
