حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ قَالَ الْ
أَعْمَشُ حَدَّثَنَا عَنْ طَارِقٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ أَذَقْتَ أَوَائِلَ قُرَيْشٍ نَكَالًا فَأَذِقْ آخِرَهُمْ نَوَالًا

English Translation
My father Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal narrated to me from his book, Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Umawi narrated to us, al-A'mash said: he narrated to us from Tariq, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, who said: Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "O Allah, You made the early ones of Quraysh taste punishment, so make the later ones taste bounty."
