حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ وَعْلَةَ ع
َنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ إِنَّا نَغْزُو فَنُؤْتَى بِالْإِهَابِ وَالْأَسْقِيَةِ قَالَ مَا أَدْرِي مَا أَقُولُ لَكَ إِلَّا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا إِهَابٍ دُبِغَ فَقَدْ طَهُرَ

English Translation
'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, he said 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Wa'lah narrated to me, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: I said to him: 'We go on military expeditions and we are given hides and vessels.' He said: It is a command that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Any hide that is tanned has been purified.'
