حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ عَائِذٍ عَ
نْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَرَضَ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْحَضَرِ أَرْبَعًا وَفِي السَّفَرِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَفِي الْخَوْفِ رَكْعَةً

English Translation
Al-Qasim ibn Malik al-Muzani Abu Ja'far narrated to us, from Ayyub ibn 'A'idh, from Bukayr ibn al-Akhnas, from Mujahid, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), who said: Indeed Allah عز وجل prescribed the prayer upon the tongue of your Prophet ﷺ: in residence four rak'ahs, in travel two rak'ahs, and in fear one rak'ah.
