حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانَ قَالَ قَالَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَلْهُجَيْمٍ يَا أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ مَا
هَذِهِ الْفُتْيَا الَّتِي تَفَشَّغَتْ بِالنَّاسِ أَنَّ مَنْ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ فَقَالَ سُنَّةُ نَبِيِّكُمْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِنْ رَغِمْتُمْ

English Translation
Yazid narrated to us, Shu'bah informed us, from Qatadah, from Abu Hassan who said: A man from the tribe of Balhujuym said: 'O Abu al-'Abbas, what is this fatwa that has spread among the people — that whoever circumambulates the House, his hajj is complete?' Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) said: 'It is the sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, even if you dislike it.'
