English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, he said Shu'bah narrated to us, he said Qatadah informed me, he said I heard Abu Hassan narrating from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the Dhuhr prayer on the day of Fathu Makkah (the conquest of Makkah) with eight rak'ahs and the Maghrib prayer with six — meaning combining Dhuhr with 'Asr (four each), and Maghrib with 'Isha' (three and three, shortened).
