English Translation

Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, he said Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Ibn Hubayrah, that Maymun al-Makki informed him that he saw 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr lead them in prayer, gesturing with both his palms when he stood up, when he sat, and when he said salam. He said: Then he narrated that the Prophet ﷺ used to do that. He said: I mentioned this to Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), and he said: 'If you like, look at the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, look at the prayer of Ibn al-Zubayr.'
