English Translation
Abu Ahmad al-Zubayri narrated to us, Sharik narrated to us, from Simak, from 'Ikrimah, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Upon every Muslim is one Hajj obligation. If I had said more, it would have been obligatory.' (i.e. had I said 'every year', it would have become annually obligatory).
