‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏أَبُو سَعِيدٍ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏وُهَيْبٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِيهِ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏احْتَجَمَ ‏ ‏وَأَعْطَى ‏ ‏الْحَجَّامَ ‏ ‏أَجْرَهُ وَاسْتَعَطَ ‏

English Translation

Abu Sa'id narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, Ibn Tawus narrated to us, from his father, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was cupped, paid the cupper his fee, and used nasal drops (medicine). Had it been haram (for the cupper's earnings), he would not have paid him.
