حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْمُعَلَّى الْعَطَّارُ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ الْعُرَنِيُّ قَالَ ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ الْكَلْبُ وَالْحِمَارُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ قَالَ بِئْسَمَا عَدَلْتُمْ بِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ كَلْبًا وَحِمَارًا لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنِي أَقْبَلْتُ عَلَى حِمَارٍ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ حَتَّى إِذَا كُنْتُ قَرِيبًا مِنْهُ مُسْتَقْبِلَهُ نَزَلْتُ عَنْهُ وَخَلَّيْتُ عَنْهُ وَدَخَلْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ فَمَا أَعَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَلَا نَهَانِي عَمَّا صَنَعْتُ وَلَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَس
َلَّمَ يُصَلِّي بِالنَّاسِ فَجَاءَتْ وَلِيدَةٌ تَخَلَّلُ الصُّفُوفَ حَتَّى عَاذَتْ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَمَا أَعَادَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاتَهُ وَلَا نَهَاهَا عَمَّا صَنَعَتْ وَلَقَدْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدٍ فَخَرَجَ جَدْيٌ مِنْ بَعْضِ حُجُرَاتِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَهَبَ يَجْتَازُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ فَمَنَعَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَفَلَا تَقُولُونَ الْجَدْيُ يَقْطَعُ الصَّلَاةَ

English Translation
'Ali ibn 'Asim narrated to us, Abu al-Mu'alla al-'Attar informed us, al-Hasan al-'Urani narrated to us, who said: It was mentioned in the presence of Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما) that a dog, a donkey, and a woman invalidate the prayer. He said: "How evil is your comparison of a Muslim woman to a dog and a donkey! I came riding a donkey while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was leading the people in prayer. When I was close to him, facing him, I dismounted, let the donkey go, and joined the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in his prayer. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not repeat his prayer, nor did he rebuke me for what I did. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was once leading the people in prayer when a young slave girl came through the rows until she took refuge with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He did not repeat his prayer, nor did he rebuke her for what she did. And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was once praying in a mosque when a young goat came out from one of the Prophet ﷺ's rooms and tried to pass in front of him. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prevented it." Ibn 'Abbas said: "Then why don't you say a goat invalidates the prayer?"
