حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ بَابٍ قَالَ ثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ قَتَلَ الْمُسْ
لِمُونَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَأَعْطَوْا بِجِيفَتِهِ مَالًا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ جِيفَتَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُ خَبِيثُ الْجِيفَةِ خَبِيثُ الدِّيَةِ فَلَمْ يَقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ شَيْئًا

English Translation
Nasr ibn Bab narrated to us, al-Hajjaj narrated to us, from al-Hakam, from Miqsam, from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنهما), who said: The Muslims killed a man from the polytheists on the Day of al-Khandaq (the Trench), and they (the polytheists) offered wealth for his corpse. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Hand over their corpse to them, for it is foul of corpse and foul of blood money." He did not accept anything from them.
