أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ

، أَنَّ فَأْرَةً، وَقَعَتْ، فِي سَمْنٍ فَمَاتَتْ فَسُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلُوهُ " .

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas, form Maimunah, that:a mouse fell into some cooking fat and died. the Prophet ﷺ was asked (about that) and he said: "Throw it away, and whatever is around it, and eat (the rest)
