أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ

عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .

English Translation

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that "The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more
