ْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم - قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم - يَقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ" (one of the narrators) Qutaibah said:'Used to cut off the hand of the thief for one-quarter of a Dinar or more
