أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ دُرُسْتَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَ

نَّ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْطَعُ الْيَدَ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا .

English Translation

It was narrated that 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that "the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to cut off the (thief's) hand for one-quarter of a Dinar or more
