Aaidh ibn Abdullah al-Qarni

Aaidh ibn Abdullah al-Qarni (born 1959 CE in Asir region, Saudi Arabia) is a Saudi Islamic scholar, preacher, and author. He studied at Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University. His book La Tahzan (Don't Be Sad), drawing on the Quran and Sunnah to offer spiritual comfort, became one of the best-selling books in the Arab world, translated into dozens of languages and selling tens of millions of copies globally. He has authored numerous other works on Islamic spirituality, the Quran, biography, and self-development.
