Biography

Muhammad ibn Salih ibn Muhammad al-'Uthaymin al-Wuhaybi al-Tamimi was one of the most beloved and prolific Islamic scholars of the late 20th century. He was a student of Abd al-Aziz ibn Baz and 'Abd al-Rahman al-Sa'di. He taught in 'Unayzah, Saudi Arabia and at the Grand Mosque in Mecca. He wrote over 50 books on aqeedah, fiqh, and Islamic education, and his recorded lessons run to tens of thousands of hours. He was known for his warmth, accessibility, and ability to provide clear guidance grounded in evidence. He died in 1421 AH.
