Sahl bin Sa'd As-Sa'idi

Sahl ibn Sa'd al-Sa'idi (RA) — this entry 'Sahl bin Sa'd As-Sa'idi' is the same companion documented under entries 13 and 39, appearing in Bukhari and Tirmidhi under a more complete spelling of his name. He was an Ansari companion of the Prophet ﷺ who lived to an exceptional old age — approximately 88–91 AH — becoming one of the last surviving companions in Medina.
