أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى ا

مْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، أَوْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، قَالَ :" يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ، وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ "

English Translation
It was narrated from a scholar that he said: 'He should seek forgiveness from Allah and give two-fifths of a dinar in charity' — regarding intercourse during menstruation.
