أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَ
نْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا، بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا، وَإِنْ كَذَبَا وَكَتَمَا، مُحِقَ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا ". أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Hakim ibn Hizam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The buyer and seller have the option to revoke while they have not yet parted. If they are truthful and both make things clear, their transaction will be blessed; but if they lie and conceal, the blessing of their transaction will be erased.'
