Arabic Text
أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَ
لَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ :" الْبَيِّعَانِ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَا وَالْمَبيعُ قَائِمٌ بِعَيْنِهِ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ، فَالْقَوْلُ مَا قَالَ الْبَائِعُ، أَوْ يَتَرَادَّانِ الْبَيْعَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'When the buyer and seller differ and the item is still present, and there is no witness between them, the word is that of the seller, or they may cancel the sale.'
