أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، ع

َنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْبَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade selling fruits until their ripeness becomes apparent; he forbade both the seller and the buyer.
