Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَاب
Body (Matn)
ِرٍ : أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" مَنِ ابْتَاعَ ثَمَرَةً فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ، فَلَا يَأْخُذَنَّ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا. بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيكَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ؟ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever buys fruit and it is struck by a natural disaster, he should not take anything from the buyer. By what right would you take your brother's wealth unjustly?'
