English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If any man claims descent from other than his father, or takes as patron someone other than his masters who freed him, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all of mankind until the Day of Resurrection. Neither his obligatory acts nor his supererogatory ones will be accepted from him."'
