ْ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : خَالَفَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَهْلَ الْقِبْلَةِ فِي امْرَأَةٍ وَأَبَوَيْنِ :" جَعَلَ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Fudayl ibn 'Amr, from Ibrahim, that he said: 'Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) differed from the rest of the people of the qibla in the case of a wife and both parents: he gave the mother a third of the entire estate.'
