حَدَّثَنَا الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ ، وَعَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ : أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ" يَجْعَلُ الْجَدَّ أَبًا "

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Nadra and from 'Ikrima, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) used to treat the grandfather as a father (in matters of inheritance).
