Chain of Narration (Isnad)
أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
Body (Matn)
، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فِي ابْنَةٍ، وَابْنَةِ ابْنٍ، قَالَ :" النِّصْفُ وَالسُّدُسُ، وَمَا بَقِيَ، فَرَدٌّ عَلَى الْبِنْتِ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim, from Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him), regarding a daughter and a granddaughter, that he said: 'The daughter gets half and the granddaughter gets a sixth, and what remains is returned (rad) to the daughter.'
