حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي مِيرَاثِ ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَة :" لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَالثُّلُثَانِ لِبَيْتِ الْمَالِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Sa'id ibn al-Musayyib, from Zayd ibn Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him), regarding the inheritance of the son of a woman who invoked mutual imprecation (li'an): 'The mother gets a third, and two thirds go to the public treasury.'
