حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَالِمُ بْنُ نُوحٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ ع
َبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ :" مِيرَاثُهُ لِأُمِّهِ تَعْقِلُ عَنْهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ "، وَقَالَ قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : لِأُمِّهِ الثُّلُثُ، وَبَقِيَّةُ الْمَالِ لِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibrahim, from Abdullah (ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him), that he said: 'His inheritance goes to his mother, and the residual heirs on his mother's side are responsible for his blood money.' Al-Hasan said: The mother gets a third, and the rest of the estate goes to the residual heirs on the mother's side.
