حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ مُوسَى بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا المُعْتَمِر ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُول :" م

ِيرَاثُ وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّه، قُلْتُ : فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَخٌ مِنْ أُمِّه؟ قَالَ : لَهُ السُّدُسُ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Yunus, from al-Hasan (al-Basri), that he used to say: 'The inheritance of a child born from mutual imprecation (li'an) goes to his mother.' I (the narrator) asked: What if he has a uterine brother? He said: 'He gets a sixth.'
