حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَ

اعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، قَالَ :" وَلَدُ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ لِأُمِّه، تَرِثُ فَرِيضَتَهَا مِنْهُ، وَسَائِرُ ذَلِكَ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ "

English Translation

It was narrated from al-Zuhri that he said: 'The child of a woman who invoked mutual imprecation (li'an) belongs to his mother — she inherits her prescribed share from him, and the rest goes to the public treasury.'
