حَدَّثَنَا سَهْلُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عَزْرَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ هُوَ الَّذِي لَا أَبَ لَهُ" تَرِثُهُ أُمُّهُ وَإِخْوَتُهُ مِنْ أُمِّهِ، ِوَعَصَبَةُُ أُمِّهِ، فَإِنْ قَذَفَهُ قَاذِف، جُلِدَ قَاذِفُهُ "

English Translation

It was narrated from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), regarding the child of a woman who invoked mutual imprecation (li'an) — he is the one who has no father: 'His mother inherits from him, and his uterine brothers, and the residual heirs on his mother's side. If someone slanders him, the slanderer is flogged.'
