حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هَانِئٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ : " أَنَّهُتَرِثُهُ عَصَبَةُ أُمِّهِ، وَهُمْ يَعْقِلُونَ عَنْهُ "

English Translation

It was narrated from al-Sha'bi regarding the child of a couple who invoked mutual imprecation (li'an): 'The residual heirs on his mother's side inherit from him, and they are responsible for his blood money.'
