أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ فِر

َاسٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ : " أُتِيَ عُمَرُ فِي عَمٍّ لِأُمٍّ، وَخَالَة،فَأَعْطَى الْعَمَّ لِلْأُمِّ الثُّلُثَيْنِ، وَأَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ الثُّلُثَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi, from Ziyad, that he said: 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was brought a case of a maternal uncle and a maternal aunt. He gave the maternal uncle two thirds and the maternal aunt a third.'
