أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ " أَعْطَى الْخَالَةَ الثُّلُثَ، وَالْعَمَّةَ الثُّلُثَيْنِ "
English Translation
It was narrated from Yunus, from al-Hasan (al-Basri), that Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the maternal aunt a third and the paternal aunt two thirds.
