حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَب

ِي مَعْشَرٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا مَاتَ الْمَيِّتُ وَجَبَتْ الْحُقُوقُ لِأَهْلِهَا، وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ لِمَنْ أَسْلَمَ أَوْ أُعْتِقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقْسَمَ الْمِيرَاثُ شَيْئًا "

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibrahim that he said: 'When a person dies, the inheritance rights become established for their proper recipients. He did not assign anything to a person who converted to Islam or was freed before the estate was divided.'
