أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ

، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ، وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ali ibn Husayn, from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), that he said: 'The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim."'
