حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَ

انَ ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ، وَلَا الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ "

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Amr ibn 'Uthman, from Usama ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said: 'A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, and a disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim.'
