Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ
Body (Matn)
، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ شَمُوسَ الْكِنْدِيَّةِ L1465 ، قَالَتْ : " قَاضَيْتُ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ فِي أَبٍ مَاتَ فَلَمْ يَدَعْ أَحَدًا غَيْرِي، وَمَوْلَاهُ،فَأَعْطَانِي النِّصْفَ، َوَأَعْطَى مَوْلَاهُ النِّصْفَ "
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Shamus al-Kindiyya that she said: 'I brought a dispute before Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding my father who died and left behind no one except me and his freed client. He gave me half and gave his client half.'
