حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أ

َشْعَثَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ : " تُوُفِّيَتْ فُكَيْهَةُ بِنْتُ سَمْعَانَ وَتَرَكَتْ ابْنَ أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا، وَبَنِي بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا وَأُمِّهَا،فَوَرَّثَ عُمَرُ بَنِي أَخِيهَا لِأَبِيهَا "

English Translation

It was narrated from Sharik, from Ash'ath, from Ibn Sirin, that he said: 'Fukayha bint Sam'an died and left behind her paternal half-brother's son and the grandsons of her full brother. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) gave the inheritance to her paternal half-brother's son.'
