حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ ، وَدَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ : أن عمر بن عبد العزيز كتب أن :" يورث الإخوة من الأم من الدية "

English Translation

It was narrated from Humayd and Dawud ibn Abi Hind that 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz wrote: 'Uterine brothers (from the mother) are to be given inheritance from the blood money.'
