حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَ

دَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ :" الْعَقْلُ مِيرَاثٌ بَيْنَ وَرَثَةِ الْقَتِيلِ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَفَرَائِضِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from al-Zuhri that he said: 'Blood money is an inheritance divided among the heirs of the slain person according to the Book of Allah and His prescribed shares.'
