حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ عَلِيٌّ لَا يُوَرِّثُ الْإِخْوَةَ مِ
Body (Matn)
نْ الْأُمِّ، وَلَا الزَّوْجَ، وَلَا الْمَرْأَةَ، مِنْ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئًا ". قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : بَعْضُهُمْ يُدْخِلُ بَيْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل، وَعَامِرٍ رَجُلًا
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Amir (al-Sha'bi) that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used not to give uterine brothers, a husband, or a wife any inheritance from the blood money.
