Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ : فِي رَجُلٍ تُوُفّ
Body (Matn)
ِيَ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ إِلَّا ابْنَةُ أَخِيهِ وَخَالُهُ، قَالَ :" لِلْخَالِ نَصِيبُ أُخْتِهِ، وَلِابْنَةِ الْأَخِ نَصِيبُ أَبِيهَا "
English Translation
It was narrated from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, regarding a man who died and had no heir except his brother's daughter and his maternal uncle: 'The maternal uncle gets the share of his sister (the mother), and the brother's daughter gets the share of her father.'
