حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، ع

َنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" إِذَا أَقَرَّ بَعْضُ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ، فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ بِحِصَّتِهِ "

English Translation
It was narrated from Ziyad al-A'lam, from al-Hasan (al-Basri), that he said: 'If some of the heirs acknowledge a debt, it is their responsibility in proportion to their share.'
